One must be a Hallmark guest & reserve a Chair Massage or Swedish Massage appt. with plastic. With Hallmark, if one wishes to reschedule or cancel their massage appt., s/he forfeits the full cost of the appt. unless canceled or rescheduled at least twenty-four hours ahead of time. No resort gift certs.
