My work is integrative, meaning that most sessions consist of a variety of techniques based on what the client wants/needs… A typical one hour massage is based on swedish techniques and may include specific connective tissue techniques, myotherapy, craniosacral techniques, and various energy work techniques. I also do full sessions in specific modalities, and am a Reiki Master/Teacher.
